What we collect
Information you send us. When you request a quote, we collect what you enter in the form: your name, email address, project address or ZIP code, the type and size of greenhouse you're considering, your budget range and timeline, whether you're applying for an NRCS grant, any photos you upload, and any notes you write.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting and analytics tools record basic technical data when you visit. That includes your IP address, browser type, device type, the pages you view, the page that referred you and the time of your visit. We use this to keep the site working and to understand which pages are useful.
Cookies. We use cookies and similar tools for analytics and to keep the quote form working, including spam protection. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site will still work, though some features may not.
How we use it
- To answer your quote request and plan your project. That includes checking the permit rules for your address and reviewing your photos.
- To send the details of your request to the build partner who would do the work, so they can prepare an estimate.
- To contact you by email about your request.
- To keep the site secure and stop spam and abuse.
- To improve the site and its content.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for other companies' marketing.
Who we share it with
- Our build partner, who receives your request so it can scope and price your project.
- Service providers that run the site for us, such as website hosting, form handling, email delivery, analytics and spam protection. They may use your information only to provide those services.
- Authorities, if the law requires it, or to protect the rights and safety of our customers, our partners or us.
How long we keep it
We keep quote requests for as long as we need them to respond to you and for normal business records, then delete them. You can ask us to delete your request sooner.
Your choices
- You can ask what information we hold about you and ask us to correct or delete it.
- You can tell us to stop emailing you at any time.
- To make any of these requests, use the quote form and write "privacy request" in the notes.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Links to other sites
Our guides link to government agencies, manufacturers and other sources. Their privacy practices are their own, so check their policies when you visit them.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
